Reflexion Archive portal unavailable due to unscheduled maintenance

4/29 - 4:30pm ET - Current Status [RESOLVED]

The maintenance work that was being performed by our Engineering teams has completed at this time and the Archive UI is back on line. 

The mail that was queuing during the maintenance window is now processing into the RADAR Archive system, so there may be a short delay in viewing certain archive mail messages while the processing completes.

Please note the Reflexion Archiving portal page ( is currently not reachable and displaying a 502 Bad Gateway Error.

Our Development teams are performing some unscheduled maintenance.

All inbound and outbound email remain unaffected and being delivered as normal.

We will provide an update when the maintenance is finished and the portal is available again.
