Reflexion Ticketing System Maintenance on Friday 14th February 2020.

The below maintenance has been completed as scheduled.

Reflexion engineers will be conducting routine maintenance for the Reflexion ticketing system on Friday 14th February 2020, between the hours of 22:00 and 01:00 EDT.

During this minor maintenance window if you create a ticket, you may not receive the case # until after the work is completed.

This will not affect the Reflexion user interface and it will remain accessible to all its users. Also this does not affect inbound our outbound delivery of Reflexion email.
