Reflexion engineers will be conducting routine maintenance for the Reflexion ticketing system on Saturday 19th October, between the hours of 01:00 and 02:00 EDT.
During this minor maintenance window if you create a ticket, you may not receive the case # until after the work is completed.
This will not affect the Reflexion user interface and it will remain accessible to all its users. Also this does not affect inbound our outbound delivery of Reflexion email.
