Update: Resolved – Service Restored

Our operations team have resolved the issue with the Reflexion Encryption service that was causing delays with email delivery for some customers.
Our teams have executed the fix and mail is now being delivered both inbound and outbound in normal delivery time for all customers.
We understand the inconvenience this had caused and appreciated your patience while we diligently worked to successfully restore service to our customers who were affected.
An investigation will be performed to provide an RCA regarding this incident.
