If you receive the following error "4.7.0_This_message_does_not_have_authentication_information_or_fails_to_pass" when sending to GMAIL|
Google has started using a much more strict SPF filtering policy which requires the sending domain to have both an SPF record and it needs to be correctly formatted.
Please use the following KB to make sure that your Reflexion SPF record is configured correctly.
If you already have an SPF record set up for your domain, you can simply add the statement “include:reflexion.net” to the end of the SPF record, before the “all” token.
For example; if your current SPF record is this: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com ~all
You would update it so that it reads as follows: v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:reflexion.net ~all
Having an improper SPF record could result in mail delivery issues so please update as soon as possible.
