[RESOLVED] Reflexion Advisory - Delivery delay for some outbound email

Update: 10:30pm EDT 9/1/20 - RESOLVED
All delayed outbound email has been fully delivered and all inbound and outbound queues are delivering per normal operation.

Some customers may be experiencing a delay in delivery of some of their outbound email that was sent today 9/1/2020 prior to 5:00 PM EDT. This affected a subset of outbound email and not all mail. We anticipate that it may take up to 12 hours to fully deliver any delayed email. The Reflexion engineering team has identified and resolved the issue and any mail sent after 5:00 PM is not impacted and being delivered in real time. This did not affect Inbound email delivery.
