Please be advised that some select emails for customers may have been blocked for a period of time between 1:15PM – 3:15pm ET due to a range of IP addresses becoming blacklisted. 

For the customers that sent outbound email that failed to deliver, they will have received a hard bounce failure and will need to resend the message. 

Reflexion Engineering has resolved the issue and mail is flowing normally again.  Please be aware that some hosting providers in the short term may defer some messages.
