We are aware that some customers may be experiencing a delay in the delivery of some inbound email.  Our Engineering teams have resolved the issue.   Please note that customers will see a delay for inbound email messages that were previously deferred until those specific email messages on the sender side are retried for delivery. Update:

9/18/20 - The maintenance update has been completed.

9/17/20 

Please be aware,

Reflexion Engineering will be conducting a required maintenance update Friday, September 18th, 2020 during the time window of 1:00am EST – 2:00am EST.

During this maintenance window, there will be a 30 - 60 minute period of time where the Reflexion user portals will be inaccessible and all email being sent both inbound and outbound will be queued for delivery until service is restored.   All mail

One of our 3rd Party hosting vendors has informed us that they will be conducting required maintenance this Friday, September 11th, 2020 during the time window of 11:00pm EST – 3:00am EST.

Update: 10:30pm EDT 9/1/20 - RESOLVED

All delayed outbound email has been fully delivered and all inbound and outbound queues are delivering per normal operation.

Previous:

Some customers may be experiencing a delay in delivery of some of their outbound email that was sent today 9/1/2020 prior to 5:00 PM EDT. This affected a subset of outbound email and not all mail. We anticipate that it may take up to 12 hours to fully deliver any delayed email.

Hello

Please be advised that some select emails for customers may have been blocked for a period of time between 1:15PM – 3:15pm ET due to a range of IP addresses becoming blacklisted. 

For the customers that sent outbound email that failed to deliver, they will have received a hard bounce failure and will need to resend the message. 

Reflexion Engineering has resolved the issue and mail is flowing normally again.  Please be aware that some hosting providers in the short term may defer
