Delivery issues for the Comcast MX hosted addresses

Please be aware we are currently seeing delivery issues for the domain. Recipients show as being deferred we are working with Comcast to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update:- We have worked with Comcast to resolve delivery issues that our customers had to Comcast email addresses. We are confident that these have now been resolved by Comcast and service to these email addresses has returned to normal.

The below issue has now been resolved.

Please be aware we are currently seeing issues with Inbound mail to Reflexion customers that use Rackspace to host their Email. Emails will show as being deferred we are working with Rackspace to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

When resolved the affected email will be delivered.

Reflexion Ticketing System Maintenance on Saturday 19th October

Please be advised:

Reflexion engineers will be conducting routine maintenance for the Reflexion ticketing system on Saturday 19th October, between the hours of 01:00 and 02:00 EDT.

During this minor maintenance window if you create a ticket, you may not receive the case # until after the work is completed.

This will not affect the Reflexion user interface and it will remain accessible to all its users.

The impact was that some customers were intermittently unable to login to please note not all customers have been affected.

We are now seeing successful logins for and have resolved the issue but will continue to monitor the situation.

Reports of Outbound Delivery Failure Messages

Current Reflexion Email Delays - Mail service disruption

All Reflexion services continue to process email with no delivery queue delays. This has been the case since services had been fully restored approximately 14 hours ago. The infrastructure and engineering teams continue to monitor the service 24x7 to ensure this remains the case. 

We have identified the source of the incident which caused the excessive IO that led to this issue
