Reflexion KBA's:
Why are my blocked senders still showing up in Quarantine?

If the SPAM handling option is set to "Quarantine" , email from blocked sender will be moved to quarantine folder by default.

If the user does not want to see any messages from their blocked senders, the option "Vaporize messages from senders on the block list instead of quarantining them" will need to be enabled on the respective user or Update Users page.

Please note, "Vaporize messages from senders on the block list instead of quarantining them" option will silently delete all email from all block listed sender and there is no way to recover vaporized emails.

There is no method to directly differentiate between messages caught as spam, or blocked on the Reports page itself; you will need to click on a message other than where it says "Spam" to go to the Message History page.  If you click on a message from a blocked sender, the History Details page will show REASON: Sender was on a blacklist; message was vaporized.
