This article is for issues sending to Gmail recipients and seeing the following error:
Remote host said: 421-4.7.0 This message does not have authentication information or fails to pass 421-4.7.0 authentication checks. To best protect our users from spam, the 421-4.7.0 message has been blocked.

Google and Gmail have started using a much more strict SPF filtering policy which requires a sending domain's SPF record to be correctly formatted.  Gmail is also rejecting messages from domains that do not have an SPF record listed.  Please make sure that the SPF record is in place, and correctly formatted by following the instructions in this other KB:
