Overview

The error message "#553 sorry, relay of mail is not allowed. (#5. 7.1) ##" indicates that:

  • The smarthost is not configured correctly to send mail via asp-submit.reflexion.net
  • The sending IP address(es) of the server are not listed as a trusted host
    • Your IP address may have changed or the IP address you are sending messages from is not in our trusted hosts
  • The sending domain is not sending from a declared domain in Reflexion
