Reflexion infrastructure maintenance being performed - 5/22 9:00am ET

Please be advised.

Reflexion engineers will be conducting some infrastructure upgrades starting Friday 5/22/20 at 9:00am ET and continuing through the morning of Tuesday 5/26/20.
During this window, there could be brief interruptions when the Reflexion portal may be inaccessible and or users may experience a delay in both the delivery of inbound and outbound mail flow.

Earlier today there was a brief service interruption for Reflexion between 09:38AM - 10:00AM EDT.

  • All delayed email will be delivered and no email would have been lost. 
  • Also access to Reflexion Portal would have also been affected, at the time of the service interruption.

As of 10:00AM EDT this is now resoled.

Intermittent sessions being logged out

Please be advised that some customers may be experiencing getting auto-logged out of the portal.

Our Engineering teams are aware and this is a result of some infrastructure upgrades that are taking place. If you do get logged out, please wait a few seconds and log back in.

MX Record Test alert message being triggered for some customers

We are aware some customers may be receiving a MX Record Test alert message.  Reflexion Engineering is performing infrastructure performance improvements with our MX pool and it may be triggering a false alarm alert for those who have "enabled" this feature in their RTC Console.  This is a temporary situation and we are working to clear what is initiating the false alert.

Reflexion Archive portal unavailable due to unscheduled maintenance

4/29 - 4:30pm ET - Current Status [RESOLVED]

The maintenance work that was being performed by our Engineering teams has completed at this time and the Archive UI is back on line. 

The mail that was queuing during the maintenance window is now processing into the RADAR Archive system, so there may be a short delay in viewing certain archive mail messages while the processing completes.
