Earlier today there was a brief service interruption for Reflexion between 09:38AM - 10:00AM EDT.

  • All delayed email will be delivered and no email would have been lost. 
  • Also access to Reflexion Portal would have also been affected, at the time of the service interruption.

As of 10:00AM EDT this is now resoled.

Intermittent sessions being logged out

MX Record Test alert message being triggered for some customers

We are aware some customers may be receiving a MX Record Test alert message.  Reflexion Engineering is performing infrastructure performance improvements with our MX pool and it may be triggering a false alarm alert for those who have "enabled" this feature in their RTC Console.  This is a temporary situation and we are working to clear what is initiating the false alert.
