Please be advised,

Beginning November 15th, 2021, Reflexion support cases will need to be created and managed using the Sophos Support Portal.

To get started using the new Support Portal today, register using your existing SophosID. If you do not have a SophosID, you'll be able to quickly and easily create one as part of the registration process.

10/18/21 The maintenance update has been completed.

Please be advised,

Reflexion Engineering will be conducting a routine maintenance update Saturday, Oct 16th, 2021 during the time window of 01:00AM EST - 4:00AM EST.

During this maintenance window, there may be a 30 - 60 minute period of time where the Reflexion user portal may be inaccessible and mail flow both inbound and outbound will be queued for delivery until service is restored.

Currently, Some outbound encrypted emails may have delays for the next 30 minutes.
