Update: Resolved – Service Restored

Our operations team have resolved the issue with the Reflexion Encryption service that was causing delays with email delivery for some customers.
Our teams have executed the fix and mail is now being delivered both inbound and outbound in normal delivery time for all customers.

ERROR: 4.7.0 This message does not have authentication information or fails to pass

If you receive the following error "4.7.0_This_message_does_not_have_authentication_information_or_fails_to_pass" when sending to GMAIL

Google has started using a much more strict SPF filtering policy which requires the sending domain to have both an SPF record and it needs to be correctly formatted. 

Please use the following KB to make sure that your Reflexion SPF record is configured correctly.
