We are aware that some customers may be experiencing a delay in the delivery of some inbound email.  Our Engineering teams have resolved the issue.   Please note that customers will see a delay for inbound email messages that were previously deferred until those specific email messages on the sender side are retried for delivery. 9/18/20 - The maintenance update has been completed.

Reflexion Engineering will be conducting a required maintenance update Friday, September 18th, 2020 during the time window of 1:00am EST – 2:00am EST.

All delayed outbound email has been fully delivered and all inbound and outbound queues are delivering per normal operation.
