Reflexion Maintenance Infrastructure Upgrade

Hello,

We wanted to bring to your attention that our Data Center Operations Team will be performing a maintenance upgrade to our Reflexion infrastructure starting at 10:00 PM Eastern Time Friday, August 12, 2016.  During this upgrade users may experience some delays to email delivery.  We don’t expect the maintenance window or any email delays to exceed beyond 2 hours.

UPDATE: 7:00pm EST -

This has been RESOLVED by Microsoft.

 

Reflexion has received  reports of outbound email being blocked by some Microsoft email solutions (not including Office 365). Our engineers are working with Microsoft to resolve the issue; updates will be provided on this page as soon as available.

We apologize for this inconvenience and working to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Delays in viewing of new email through RADAR Archiving Portal

Update 7/28 - 8:30pm EST

 

Hello,

Some customers may be experiencing a delay in viewing Archived email in RADAR for email received or sent between 7/25-7/27. The issue was resolved on Monday but some email is still going through the final indexing process so it can be viewed via RADAR Portal. The Engineering Team anticipates indexing should complete by this weekend.
Our engineers continue to proactively work at implementing actions to prevent these type of issues from occurring.
We apologize for the inconvenience the archiving delay has caused some of our RADAR customers and we thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: 7:30pm EST 

Hello, 

We are currently experiencing a delay in Radar and archived email.  Email is processing, but you will see a delay in the ability to view new email through the Radar Portal.  At the current time our engineering team anticipates that there could be approximately a 24 hour delay in the ability to see newly archived messages in your RADAR portal.

Keep in mind, this does not have any effect on the flow of regular inbound/outbound email.

Our engineers have identified and resolved the root cause of the delay and continue to proactively work at implementing actions to prevent these type of issues from occurring.

We apologize for the inconvenience the delay has caused our RADAR customers and thank you for your patience.

Exciting Reflexion Support News

On July 19th, 2016, Sophos will migrate the Reflexion ticketing system and support documentation into the standard Sophos Support systems and processes. 

 

The email address support@reflexion.net and phone number (781) 569-6666 Option 2 will not change, and will still be supported.

 

 

We expect a seamless transition, and these changes will allow Sophos to provide our Reflexion customers even more efficient support services moving forward.

RESOLVED - Encrypted Mail Service Interuption

2:45pm EST

Secure Mail issue is now resolved and all encrypted mail is now able to be sent and accessed.

Our Secure Mail Partner is currently experiencing a temporary issue with their Encryption service.

    During this time our secure mail recipients may experience the following symptoms:

  1. A delay in encrypted secure message notifications
  2. Delays or errors while attempting to access your encrypted secure message.

 

   Their engineers are currently working on the problem and expect to have a resolution shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we will provide an update as soon as a new update is released.
